A subtle white pepper spice note, a hint of citrus from the orange peel & a creamy vanilla finish make Sofie an intriguing choice for champagne drinkers & beer drinkers who are fond of Belgian Saisons. - 1st - Braised Walleye Cheeks with Smoky San Marzano Tomato Confit Fleur Belgian Style Pale Ale, 7% abv Fleu is a Belgian-style pale ale blended with hibiscus & kombucha tea that produces a beautiful, rose color with an aroma of strawberries & hibiscus flowers. Her flavor balance starts with a hint of sweet, ripe berry and finishes on the tart side. - 2nd - Hickory-smoked Pork Belly with Roasted Beet, Squash, Faro & Maytag Blue Salad Pere Jacques Belgian Style Abbey Ale, 8% abv Brewed with loads of malt & Belgian yeast, Pere Jacques is a wonderfully fruity, malty ale. It’s complex flavors stand shoulder to shoulder with the Belgian Dubbels enjoyed in the world’s finest beer bars & at the dining table, it’s the perfect alternative to a glass of vintage port. - 3rd - Wood-grilled Lamb Chop with Mint Jelly Foam, Butternut Squash, Braised Mustard Greens & Tillamook Cheddar Potato Gratin Juliet Belgian Style Sour Ale, 6.7% abv Fermented with wild yeasts & aged in cabernet barrels with blackberries, Juliet is a tart, fruity, complex ale. Notes of wood, tannin, dark fruit & spice make Juliet an ideal beer to suggest to Pinot Noir enthusiasts & beer drinkers who are fond of the Belgian sour ales. - 4th - Apple Tart Tatin with Bourbon Cherry Ice Cream & Almond Brittle Dominique Belgian Style Sour Ale, 9.5% abv Dominique is a complex Belgian-style ale that’s been aged in bourbon barrels.
